Anxiety therapy.

When your mind won’t switch off, it can feel like the alarm is always ringing. Therapy helps you turn the volume down, and trust yourself again.

Anxiety shows up in many ways

  • Racing thoughts, especially at night
  • Panic attacks or a tight chest out of nowhere
  • Avoiding calls, crowds or situations that used to be fine
  • Constant “what ifs” and difficulty making decisions
  • Tension, headaches, stomach trouble with no clear cause

Anxiety is one of the most treatable mental-health conditions. Most of our clients notice meaningful change within 8–12 sessions.

Questions

About anxiety therapy

Sessions are $165 for 50 minutes and covered by most plans. Sliding-scale spots are available.

How long does anxiety therapy take?

Many people feel a real difference within 8–12 weekly sessions. Some stay longer to work on deeper patterns — it’s always your choice.

Will I have to take medication?

No. Therapy alone is effective for most anxiety. If you’re curious about medication, we can coordinate with your GP or a psychiatrist.

Can I do this by video?

Yes. Video sessions are just as effective for anxiety for most people, and many clients find them easier to fit in.

What if I panic during a session?

That’s okay and quite common. Your therapist will help you ground yourself — it can even become a useful part of the work.
